1. 100 RMB is document and airport charge

2. Per Kgs, they have separate charge everytime aile lai 22 RMB per kgs..
3. could be change as per weight and other issues.. but we don't do that , so we have flat rate which is quite good
4. if you have motor or magnet , you have to declare before shipping or before instruct to send.. that time they will charge 450 RMB for Motor and Magnet products..
5. if we didn't declare or lets assume, we said or our supplier said there is not any battery or magnet.. then we will convey same to them, and later on during security check in airport cargo, if they found any magnet or motor, then they will quarantined the shipment and they could apply penalty any amount, which is not decided by forwarder or agent or you and us..

6. apart from these things;
no liquid, no battery product, even small pen or AAA or AA battery .. shouldn't be in the shipment, even if we declare these things, they won't able ship from their cargo, these things we need to bring via hongkong or other professional cargo services..

7. and during security check if they found these battery and liquid, point no. 5 will be appplied
8. so, by any chance or any means, if you need to ship battery or magnet or other product, please ask your supplier to remove those and send those separately or buy here locally those things.. i suggest you .. it would be cheaper.. due to small amount of battery or other things, lets not pay penalty or huge charge of all cargo..

9. they need special documents to escalate shipment, like

a. they need every product's inside picture, and outside box picture in excel like packaging list .. but packaging list with all accessories and product picture need to be shown in the documents. (this is strange but this is mandatory)

b. based on this.. try to make one big cartoon instead of making small small many cartoons, as they will charge Rs.200 - Rs.500 as per number of cartoons they received or they handle.. so making bigger cartoon make sense..
