Employee are not allowed to share any of the document or allow to do anything that disclose the confidentiality of the company to other without the authority of the executive director.

79.Gift

a)      No employee or labor working with the company are allowed to take any gift from customer of the company.

b)      In case an employee has to receive the gift, such employee must disclose the reason to receive the gift to their supervisor.

80.Search and inquiry

Security personal of the company can search and inquire any of the employee and labor.

81.Amendment of bylaws

Board of directors are authorized to amend this bylaw in accordance to changing circumstances. In amendments in this bylaw will be posted in company’s notice board within 7 (Seven) days.

82.Report

In case any employee of labor working in this company is found performing any activities against this bylaw, such employee or labor can be reported to the executive director. Executive director can give necessary instructions or order to punish further ahead.

83.Existing laws and regulations of the state will superset

The prevailing law of Nepal will be accepted by default for any of the subject matter that are not exhibited in this bylaw.

84.Repeal and Saving

All the work and process carried out before the enforcement of this bylaws will be assumed in accordance to this bylaw on the basis of directions, orders and agreements executed prior enforcement of this bylaw.
